Deao Jose Paul Almeida
Our inspiration, a legend who founded Quepem and built his retreat while setting up new avenues for locals and introducing self-sustaining measures that were revolutionary. A reformist of true nature, Deao Jose Paul Almeida was a Portuguese national in the late 17th Century who found Quepem, he introduced rice farming, set up training institutes and cultural centers. He believed in bringing the best to people.
We followed his legacy and set up a cool 18 acre nestled amidst the beautiful mountains and the seamless River Khushawati. You’ll agree Goa is more than just the beaches! Deao Jose Transnational Club is nestled amidst pristine greenery, town life and beautiful hillocks.
